After original star Lily Collins was forced to drop out of THE EVIL DEAD remake, due to scheduling conflicts, a search for replacement is immediately takes place and looks like actress Jane Levy will be the new lead to play Mia. The fresh-faced actress is currently the star of ABC's new comedy series Suburgatory.
No production date is yet to be determined, although THE EVIL DEAD is currently locked for an April 12, 2013 release date.
